Meet Elvis Tuva Francis!
Elvis is the second of two children. His father, a casual laborer, is the breadwinner of the family and his mother is a housewife. However, the small amount his father earns is not enough to provide for his family. MCF rescued Elvis to give him hope and the opportunity to attend school. He loves to play soccer and hopes to become a lawyer in the future.
