Meet Lillian Alimlim!
Lilian was rescued when she was a toddler. Both her parents are deceased and this greatly affected Lilian and her siblings’ living conditions. The children were malnourished and frail when MCF came to their rescue. Lilian was nursed to health and now enjoys singing in the choir.
Lillian's Unmet Needs
Malindi Vocational School Program
MCF Malindi provides residential care and rehabilitation to vulnerable girls including street girls, child prostitutes, child laborers, child mothers with their babies, orphaned children, school dropouts, internally displaced children as well as abused and abandoned children. The Vocational Training Center offers hairdressing, beauty therapy, tailoring, and dressmaking for those who have been rescued.
