Victor is an only child born to a single mother who was also rescued by MCF to protect her from abuse. By the time she was rescued, she was pregnant with Victor. His mother graduated from hairdressing and dressmaking at MCF Yatta while her son went through Early Childhood Development. Victor demonstrates great effort in school.
